Privacy policy for euphoria-wins.uk
Start playingThis notice covers what euphoria-wins.uk itself collects when you visit or use this site — it is separate from any data Euphoria Wins Casino gathers directly through its own account systems. We're the controller for the information described below, reachable at [email protected] for any question about it.
The short version
We collect technical data automatically when you browse (device, browser, pages viewed) and anything you submit voluntarily through a contact form. We don't sell data to third parties, and we keep only what we need for as long as we need it. The sections below set out the detail UK GDPR requires us to give you.
Data you hand over vs data we observe
Two categories exist here, and they're collected differently. What you hand over is limited to what you type into a contact form — your email address and whatever message you write to us.
What we observe happens without you typing anything: IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages and time spent on the site, gathered through standard analytics and any cookies you've consented to (see our separate cookie policy for the categories in use).
Processors and transfers
We use third-party services for hosting and analytics, and those providers process data on our instructions rather than for their own purposes. Where a processor is based outside the UK or EEA, transfers are made under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
- Hosting providers — keep the site running and store server logs
- Analytics tools — measure traffic patterns, only where you've consented
- Email services — deliver replies to contact-form submissions
Exercising your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, object to processing, or withdraw consent you've previously given. Send the request to [email protected] and we'll respond within the statutory timeframe.
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, the UK's independent supervisory authority for data protection.
Retention
Contact-form messages and any reply correspondence are kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter and to have a record if the same query recurs. Technical and analytics data tied to your browsing session is retained for a limited period before it's aggregated or deleted, in line with the cookie policy's own timings.
Under-18s
This site and the services it describes are restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age, and any contact-form submission that suggests otherwise will be deleted rather than actioned.
Changes to this notice
We may update this policy as our own data practices change. The version live on this page is the current one, and there is no separate notification list to subscribe to — check back periodically if this matters to you.
Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
